I’m currently a therapist in practicum at Mosaic, offering virtual and in-person therapy for clients in Illinois under clinical supervision.
I’m especially interested in supporting people navigating anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, motherhood, identity, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the feeling of not quite fitting into the roles or systems around them.

My background in product management, writing, SEO, website systems, and counseling helps me see both sides: the organization trying to communicate clearly and the person searching for support.

I’m currently a therapist in practicum at Mosaic Nature Therapy, where I see clients in Illinois under clinical supervision.
I offer therapy virtually and in person through Mosaic. While I am in practicum, clients scheduled with me through Mosaic do not pay out of pocket for sessions. Exact eligibility, scheduling, and availability are handled through Mosaic.
My approach is warm, curious, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people make sense when we understand the full context of their lives.
Writing on Mental Health, Motherhood, Systems, and Technology
I write about the places where personal healing and larger systems overlap. While I refuse to set a niche (it’s too limiting!), common themes that show up are motherhood, neurodivergence, therapy, AI, care work, digital life, and the search for belonging.
Some pieces are personal. Others are practical. Most pieces are me trying to understand how people can build lives, communities, and systems that fit better.
A Bit About MeBefore entering the counseling field, I spent nearly a decade in SaaS product management, writing, communications, and human-centered technology.
That background still shapes how I work: I notice patterns, ask a lot of questions, and care deeply about whether systems actually work for the people using them.
Now, as a therapist in practicum, writer, and digital strategist for helping professionals, I’m bringing those threads together.
