Therapy in Illinois

I’m Amy Brown, a therapist in practicum at Mosaic Nature Therapy and Wellness. I offer virtual and in-person therapy for clients in Illinois under clinical supervision.

My approach is warm, curious, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people are not problems to be fixed. Often, distress makes sense when we understand the relationships, expectations, environments, and systems a person has been trying to navigate.
