Free Postpartum Mental Health Support Group

What to Expect

A place for new moms to be themselves, vent, and get support. Free for anyone to join, but we will keep groups small to help foster privacy and connection with others.

❋ Intentional Structure

We’ll blend guided activities to support mental health in the postpartum period with an open structure to address any needs that arise during the week.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by a mom who has been in your shoes. I’m training to be a therapist, but this is a free peer support group and NOT therapy or crisis care. Read more about me here.

❋ A Supportive Space

We will agree on a set of rules, generally including confidentiality, no unsolicited advice, and no soliciting.

Weekly Virtual Meeting

Free Support Group for New Moms

Open support group with a light and flexible agenda each week. Meetings will have a welcome and grounding exercise, check-ins, and one practical focus for skill-building or change. We will see if anyone needs additional support and then close.

Wednesdays

Motherhood Group Chat

Free Group Chat for New Moms

We will offer an ongoing WhatsApp group chat to connect if you can’t make the meeting or have something to discuss between meetings. Everyone is welcome, but we do expect everyone to be kind, judgment-free, and welcoming.

Questions?

Register

Once you register, I will contact you to connect and chat for a bit. This will likely be a 10-15-minute phone conversation. But we can also text or send emails back and forth.

Then, I’ll send you the weekly invitation and add you to the group chat. It may take up to 48 hours, but you can reach out with any questions in the meantime.
